Mode of delivery

When delivering goods within Sweden, we send shipments with Postnord MYPACK. The package is delivered to your nearest representative or service point. In the case of larger consignments, which exceed the weight of 20 kg, the goods are sent as company parcels. Your order is then delivered to Postnord's nearest business center. Even for deliveries outside Sweden, delivery generally takes place with Postnord. To Germany we ship with DHL.

Notification takes place via SMS to the mobile number entered at the time of the order. If a mobile number is missing, notification is made via e-mail. If there is no mobile number or e-mail, the notification is sent by letter, which means a one-day delivery delay.

Bill of lading (up to 2 kg not bulky) SEK 79 (incl. VAT)

Delivery time

Sweden 3-7 working days | EU countries 5-10 working days | Outside the EU and Europe 5-14 working days, depending on the country and time required for customs clearance.

Goods that are in stock are sent immediately, if they are currently out of stock, you will be contacted via e-mail regarding the status. The delivery time for these items may vary, normally we weave up within 2-3 weeks, some special items may take longer. You always receive a personal order acknowledgment where we announce the estimated delivery time. When purchasing several goods, joint delivery takes place if nothing else is desired, shipping costs for requested partial delivery are paid by the customer. If there is a delivery delay, we will notify you of this by e-mail.

Transport responsibility/damages to shipments

If the product is damaged or lost during transport on the way to the customer, Klässbols Linneväveri AB is responsible. When returning, you as the sender are responsible for the goods, we therefore recommend that you pack the shipment carefully. If upon unpacking you discover that the contents are damaged, contact us as soon as possible.

Unclaimed packages

For packages that are not redeemed, Klässbols Linneväveri AB reserves the right to invoice the customer for shipping costs. If you have chosen invoice as a payment option, the invoice is included in the package, therefore it is important to redeem the package and pay it within 10 days to avoid reminder fees and late payment interest.
